It’s official. May is here and that means summer is only a couple of weeks away. Some of you might even be counting down in days at this point. Our summer months are filled with lots of time outdoors and with friends and family.
One of the hardest parts about getting ready for Easter is the Easter basket. Not the basket itself exactly. That I usually dig out from storage in the basement.

Once October rolls around, Halloween suddenly seems right around the corner. Like a corner that couldn’t possibly be 31 days away. I don’t know how it does that so quickly, but the Halloween countdown window has begun.
It’s strawberry time! Sweet strawberry ice cream. No bake strawberry pies. Towering strawberry shortcakes. And a fridge full of strawberries that I can reach in and snack on whenever I desire.
Hopefully, you can feel my excitement already.
