I can’t believe Easter will be here in a few short weeks. Didn’t we just finish celebrating Valentine’s Day? I finally finished putting away our strawberry felt garland and heart shaped wreath just to find myself unpacking our Easter decorations.
Although spring is slowly awakening, around here we’ve been celebrating the early Easter time with jellybeans and these bunny cupcake toppers. I always choose to make cupcakes for our parent group’s annual Easter egg hunt, but this year I think I will top them with these new free printable bunny cupcake toppers.
Each bunny is a fun spring pastel color and has a coordinating polka dot bow. These cupcake bunny toppers are easy to make too. You can add them to the top of your Easter cupcakes, appetizers or even place a few in some Easter grass for a little decoration.
You Will Need:

Mini white pom poms (affiliate)
1. Download your free printable bunny cupcake toppers. Carefully cut out each topper leaving a narrow white border around each one. You can also use your Cricut Maker (affiliate) to trim them.
2. Glue a mini white pom pom (affiliate) to the tail section of each bunny. Let dry.
3. Flip over your bunny topper and glue a toothpick (or white lollipop stick if desired) to the back side. Let the bunny cupcake topper dry.
4. To make the cupcake, add two drops of food coloring to half a cup of coconut flakes. Carefully stir with a spoon. Sprinkle the green flakes to the top of a white frosted cupcake. Add the bunny topper and your cupcakes are ready for an Easter party.
These bunny cupcake toppers would be a great addition to our spring bunny birthday invitations we just added to the shop.

Most important – be careful that your cupcakes don’t hop away from your dessert table. I found they disappeared even more quickly with the topper than without!
