Shipping and Handling

All of our handcrafted party goods are packaged in our studio.  We currently ship using the United States Postal Service.  Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor how your package is handled once it leaves our studio.  However, it is our responsibility to make sure that your order arrives in pristine condition.  If you have any concerns about the condition of your package or product, its whereabouts or quality, please contact us immediately.  We will do everything possible to make your order perfect.

It is important upon ordering that you provide the correct shipping information.  We are not responsible for items shipped incorrectly provided addresses.

We currently offer free first class shipping for all handcrafted orders in the United States.  If you need your order sooner, we can provide a priority mail shipping upgrade for an additional fee.

International Order?  We currently only ship digital orders internationally to guarantee that they arrive on time.

You are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been worked on.  This means that you can cancel your order if:

  • you have NOT been sent a proof
  • you have NOT been emailed your final printable files
  • you didn’t order an INSTANT DOWNLOAD design (instant download files are not refundable)
  • your designs have NOT been printed or shipped

If you would like to cancel your order or to see if you qualify for a cancellation and full refund, please contact us at with your order number and we will be happy to help you.


Due to the nature of our designs, we do not accept returns of any of our printed or digital party designs.  We are not responsible for any orders that contain incorrect information due to customer error.  We are also not responsible for orders with errors that were approved by the customer.

Once your proof is approved and final file is sent, your designs are completed.  Any additional changes needed because of customer error incur a design fee to account for our time.


The colors you see on your monitor may vary in the colors of the final product.  Even though the colors cannot be guaranteed, we work hard to make sure that the colors of the designs printed through our shop are as exact of a match as possible.  For digital designs, colors are determined by the printer you are using and the quality of paper.

All designs need to be viewed from a desktop or laptop computer.  When designs are viewed on a mobile device – such as a cell phone or tablet – extreme color variations will occur.  We also recommend test printing your design to check for any color variations before printing the final copies.
